The Cooperative Commonwealth Coffee Project (CCCP) aims to provide good jobs in a democratic workplace while advancing movements for social justice. We reflect these values in our practices by providing high-quality products at a low cost to the consumer, creating space for the community, sourcing from cooperatives and other companies that demonstrate a commitment to social justice, employing those disadvantaged in the labor market, operating our business under worker self-management, and returning wealth to workers and the community.
